We understand the frustration of being unable to speak to an attorney about your case right away. As part of the intake process at Tipton Law, we schedule free consultations directly with attorneys. During the consultation, you will have an opportunity to discuss your case and receive a legal assessment reflecting the strengths and possible weaknesses of your situation. If we are able to add value to your case and you become a client of ours, our attorneys will be in constant communication with you throughout your entire case from beginning to end. In order to ensure your claim is on track to yield you maximum recovery, we are committed to providing you with updates and answering any questions you may have along the way. In an effort to respond quickly and effectively to all of our clients, we strive to maintain flexibility with our methods of communication that is best tailored to each client.
Transparency

During the free consultation, our attorneys will discuss the breakdown of our fees with you so you have a full understanding of what to expect. However, we want our clients to put more of their time and energy towards focusing on themselves and recovering from the trauma they experienced. In an effort to alleviate stress, we start working on your case immediately and we do not ask for any money upfront. We don’t get paid unless you get paid.
