As a Colorado personal injury attorney, Jeremy does everything he can to be there for his clients, especially after they have been through traumatic situations like car accidents. His persistence to seek justice and his devotion to his clients are just some of the reasons why he co-founded Tipton Law with his wife, Amanda.
Before launching the firm, Jeremy was the primary litigation attorney for a personal injury law firm in Colorado. There, he handled a wide array of cases, ranging from rear-end car accidents and business slip and falls to high-value T-bone car collisions. Jeremy was also a Deputy District Attorney (DDA) for the 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, where he managed a high-volume docket, and fine-tuned his courtroom skills. He also prosecuted complex criminal cases including first-degree murder and felony drug crimes, and he served as the primary DDA in a multitude of misdemeanor jury trials. Throughout his legal career, he was able to gain invaluable experience in two areas of law, master his trial advocacy skills, develop a rapport with the judges, and enhance his ability to think on his feet in critical situations.
Jeremy’s passion is helping those who have gone through tragic events in their lives. His goal is to help his clients recover and adjust to their new normal. He accomplishes this goal by zealously advocating for his clients throughout the entire insurance claim process. He will not be bullied by insurance companies who undervalue his cases based on their flawed reasoning.
If the claim cannot be resolved without filing a lawsuit, Jeremy is a skilled trial attorney who is dedicated to lead his clients to victory in the courtroom. He is a natural when it comes to developing unique trial strategies for each of his clients. He acknowledges that no two cases are the same, so he develops a unique approach for each case that he manages. Throughout the entire process, Jeremy makes it a priority to stay in contact with his clients to ensure they are informed of their options and kept up-to-speed on their case progression.
Jeremy received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from West Virginia University and received his Juris Doctor from Penn State Law. He is a current member of the Colorado Bar Association, the El Paso County Bar Association, and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association
In his free time, Jeremy enjoys watching college and Denver Broncos football, working out, and going on adventures with his wife.
